Fusion Young Adult Ministry seeks to unite Catholic young adults from parishes throughout the Pontiac Area Vicariate (of which SJF is one) as they seek to deepen their faith, grow friendships and serve the communities around them. A welcoming and open community, we seek to provide young adults a connection with the Church and the gospel message of Christ Jesus.

Within Fusion there are five sub-committees: Service, Social, Liturgy/Worship/Music Group, Newman Campus Commission, and Faith Enrichment.
  

The Newman Group is the fifth sub-committee of the Fusion group, as well as a student organization at Oakland University, that is made up of college students who create and promote meaningful on-campus spiritual, social & service ministry events for fellow students at, primarily, though not restricted to, Oakland University.
